Terceiro Legal Consulting (TLC) is a law firm which specialises in competition and consumer law (trade practices law). All but one of the businesses which TLC has represented in an ACCC investigation since 2008 has been able to avoid formal sanctions. In other words, all but one of the clients who retained TLC at the ACCC investigatory stage has been able to avoid either being taken to court by the ACCC or being required by the ACCC to enter into a court enforceable undertaking.
